Can anybody explain how the table of contents is created? I hoped for an option to create a table of contents on the basis of the document titles, but that doesn't seem to currently be the case. I'm guessing that the TOC is created after compilation using the style tags within Word itself, but I am getting strange results. My TOC is including titles of paragraphs within documents which have the "normal" style, and there should be no reason why they're being added to the TOC.
Any enlightenment?
