Can anybody explain how the table of contents is created? I hoped for an option to create a table of contents on the basis of the document titles, but that doesn't seem to currently be the case. I'm guessing that the TOC is created after compilation using the style tags within Word itself, but I am getting strange results. My TOC is including titles of paragraphs within documents which have the "normal" style, and there should be no reason why they're being added to the TOC.

Any enlightenment?

Hi Graham,

Yes, TOC will be generated after compiling if the 'generate TOC' checkbox is on. if you are not getting the correct result, Can you send me the original project file and the compiled output ? Or maybe just send in the Screenshots.

Edwin, did you get the files that I sent to you directly? Have you been able to identify a bug?

Sorry for the late reply, I got the file you sent. I've been busy working on the recent Gmail server data loss event and will get back to you later.
