How can an expired version be registered? I tried to order yesterday morning but it wouldn't accept the credit card so yesterday evening I ordered thru PayPal but didn't get the code until today - the day that it expires. When I click on the yellow bar that says 'Pre-beta 4 has expired! - Click me, there are no choices to register.

Hi Maertese,
The 'Pre-beta 4' has expired, please download the latest 'beta 4' which will not be expired before the production version is released on July 8th.
Regarding not receiving the license key, did you check your spam folder? If you are sure that your payment has made, please tell me your order number and I'll check it for you.
Note, this is a pre-order, which means you will not be able to use the license key until the full version of Writing Outliner is released on July 8th. Hope this is clear.

Thanks Edwin, the new download worked fine. I did say in my previous post that I did get the code (license key) so no need to look into that. Also, thank you very much for creating this product. My wife wants me to put her writings into a book and I'm really clueless about Word. Your Outliner at least gets the documents all together and easy to organize and work with. Without it, I could be spending ages trying to get master documents or word outliner or document map working right. Now, instead, I can spend ages figuring out templates, building blocks and a zillion other things! ;-)
BTW, the English translation is excellent! And, I'd like to add, that it is a joy to correspond with someone living in the beautiful land of China - best wishes to you from Florida, USA.Posted 1 year ago # -
