I lost the changes done on a document. It already happened 3 times in the past and now I'm sure it's because of a bug. I don't know exactly what cause the loss but I think there are 2 possibilities :
- I opened the doc in two different tabs, and work only on one.
- I copied a doc in the same project and kepp the same doc name that the original.
It happened in 3 different projects in the past. It's a scary to lose my work and not knowing what to do to prevent it.

I'm still contemplating buying this software for my dissertation project. However, any kind of loss of data is a no-go, when it comes to serious research. I'm aware that every software has its minor flaws, but this would really put me off from buying it.
Can you guarantee daten security?

The currently under working new version will not have such problem, just as I stated in the blog post I announced the revamp plan. However, the revamp is not as fast as I expected though.
