I took the plunge and transferred all my novel files into Writing Outliner and what a joy it is to have it inside of MS Word where there is so much more flexibility than using other types of software like Scrivener and Liquid Story Board that has limited formatting in the word processor.
I'm having some crashes now and then when I attempt to close a window (of index cards). I sent the bug report to the developer. I'm wondering if it's operator error (meaning me) rather than the program.
The only things that I'd put in the "it would be nice to have" category:
1. be able to add unlimited number of tags and labels and statuses
2. be able to resize the columns windows to my preferences and have the sizing saved when you open the program again.
3. add an index card storyline feature like Scrivener has where cards can be arranged and rearranged in a horizontal row from scene 1 to the end of the novel that is split into categories down the left side for characters or other ways of shuffling the scenes.
Thanks again for such a wonderful program. It has made all the difference in the world to the quality and enjoyment of my writing endeavors.
