I've been through the uninstall option in the Start Menu and in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and a window will pop up, I can see the tab in my explorer bar, but it closes immediately before anything can get a chance to load. Read of address 00000000.</p> <p>And whenever I try to send the error report, I get:</p> <p>No profiles have been created. I've tried restarting the computer. I've tried opening up documents through My Computer, and they will open but the error will still occur.
